- – Code P0691 {Fan 1 Control Circuit Low}. Used scan tool to command fan to turn on from 10% to 100% and fan functions properly. Inspected fuses, grounds and pin connections with no issues found. Found negative battery ground not tightened to post, it was loose and came off with ease. Theory is that the loose battery ground caused code. At this time there is no hard fault, the fan controller would be the most likely issue if problem reoccurs. –
