– Customer advised we have not been able to replicate customers concern at this time. Technician however did find history codes of the blower motor resistor losing communication the blower motor. After some research & information stored in the vehicles database, technician suspects the resistor & relay need replacement. Customer advised however with the issue not replicating we are unable to confirm the issue will be fixed. –
