– Technician found the passenger trunk lift support/motor is squeaking. We found there is a rubber dust seal that is part of the motor is creating noise, due to dust & drying out. We cleaned & lubricated to find the noise has greatly improved. No repairs are needed at this time. –

INSPECTION/DIAGNOSTIC FOR CUSTOMER CONCERN(S): All lights on, shifts poorly, traction control messages (rodent damage?)
– Pigtails needed for 1 ignition coil, 2 fuel injectors and 1 camshaft position sensor. Tech will also clean out rat debris under engine cover as needed and rebuild wiring harness with new connectors. –
INSPECTION/DIAGNOSTIC FOR CUSTOMER CONCERN(S): Replace battery in rid-a-rat device
– After completing wiring repairs we had code P0304 {cylinder 4 misfire} after checking the basics, vehicle has no injector command. Installed a noid light on injector connector with no operation. Cleared codes, unplugged battery, found no improvement. Injector is getting 12V but no command for ECM. Ohmed harness to ECM (good), load tested circuit (good). This is confirmation of a bad driver in the ECM from wire damage. Recommend replace ECM. –

– Brakes pads still ok front and rear. Fronts at 6mm, and rears at 4mm. Recommended replacement at 3mm, so rears soon but ok for now. – Brake light was on for fluid level slightly low. Topped off fluid as needed. No leaks found –
