– Burning smell: tech noted a smell from catalytic converters not breaking down the hydrogen sulfate as well as they used to (a bit of a rotten egg smell). There is also some smoke on a wide open throttle once in a while, which is likely due to the turbos seeping oil internally and burning. Neither of these are immediate issues, or throwing error codes as of this time. – Tech did find a coolant line from left cylinder head to upper radiator hose leaking. Recommend replace. – The fan noise is from the blower motor. Recommend replace. –
– Access to coolant line ultimately required alternator removal. There was no book/flat rate time for the removal of this line, final time was a bit higher than original estimate. –

– Tech added 1 quart of oil. Coolant loss is a result of all turbocharger coolant lines leaking. Recommend replace coolant lines as needed, tech will be able to inspect turbocharger condition in the process. –
