    • – Brake squeal is coming from the rear left. Pads and rotors all look good on life, so noise is likely a quality/material issue. We would need to replace brakes to rid vehicle of noise (possible warranty issue for original shop). –
    • – The clunk is a result of blown motor mounts. Recommend replace. – Tech also noted that the coolant is dirty/discolored and recommended a coolant flush –
    • – C/S requested that we look into swapping the oil pump for a 6.4L model based on suggestions that it would improve the common ticking issue. We have estimated this option if customer desires to move forward. We don't not have solid information that would lead us to recommend this change. There is a possibility of this swap causing oil pressure codes, it is rare but it can occur due to non-OE application. –

    • – Front rotors are warped. Recommend front pads & rotors along with a brake fluid flush –
    • INSPECTION/DIAGNOSTIC FOR CUSTOMER CONCERN(S): Please check tire pressures and fluids
    • – Both sides have adhesive tape tearing. Panels would need to be removed and new tape installed. Our concerned is that the panels may need to be replaced and painted for proper fix. This is more of a body shop repair vs mechanical. We would recommend visiting a body shop for second opinion –

    • – Confirmed code and inspected as needed. Sensors appear to be reading correctly and coolant level is good. Recommend replace thermostat. We would recommend an original equipment thermostat housing, however they are on a tremendous backorder with a backlog of over 55k units, and no expected delivery date available. Our best available option is to replace with an aftermarket part. –
